I am looking forward to celebrating another fantastic Summer festival downtown with all of you, hopefully you are able to come out and enjoy the free activities and concerts provided in many locations around downtown.
We will both be wandering about enjoying the venues and hopefully some warm weather!

Wow where did this Weather come from?
Actually who cares, let's just enjoy it while we have it...
Remember that NOW is the best time to get exterior pictures of your home if you are thinking of listing in the Fall or Winter. Your gardens are in full bloom and the sky is blue for the background.. Let us know if you would like me to come by and take some pictures. I will keep them on file for a later date.
Go on out and enjoy the local parks, rivers and lakes this week, just remember to wear SUNSCREEN!

Hello Everyone!
I hope this note finds you well.
Summer is fast approaching ("They" tell us) and that means BBQ's, beach time and vacations. So just before you head off for your time (at home or away) we want to touch base.
First: My Facebook Page Danielle Strom Royal LePage Duncan Realty. You, your family and friends are invited to join my page for up to date information on the real estate market, our newest listings and of course promos and contests that only Facebook members get in on. Please search our page, Danielle Strom Royal LePage Duncan Realty, and "like" me then you too can be up to date and involved like so many other lucky members.
Second: Summer Pictures... Your yard and home look best in the summer. If you're thinking of listing this fall or winter now is a great time to get some outdoor shots. File them and you can add them to your listing later. Vanessa and I will be happy to come to your home, take the pictures and file them for you until you list (with us of course!).
Third: Honey-do Lists. Before you list there are a number of things you may want to do. Make sure the time, energy and the money you spend will pay off in the long run. Call us and we will be happy to come by and help by doing a list of Must Do! Should Do! and Could Do! If you want to get at it over the summer call us.
